Q: How will my chips be shipped?
A: Saycoin now offers flat rate shipping and handling for all orders up to 2000 chips for only $14.95!!! This applies to all US orders INCLUDING Hawaii and Alaska! This is USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation.

Q: Are there additional charges to ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
A: No! Saycoin uses flat rate shipping for all orders under 2000 chips! Additional shipping charges, however, will apply for orders shipped outside the US.

Q: Can you put photos on chips?
A: Yes! Any digital images can be printed on your Saycoin poker chips including digital camera images.

Q: What size should the artwork I send be?
A: We prefer 300 dpi images, 2 inch by 2 inch, with a minimum font size of 10. If you are not familiar with the resizing of images, let one of our graphic designers do it for you!

Q: How do I choose the chip colors and how many chips of each color do I get?
A: For custom sets of clay chips, you will have 7 color options; black, gray, red, yellow, green, blue, and purple. For clay composite, contact a Saycoin representative to check for color availability. Sets of 300 chips will be evenly divided into three colors, sets of 500 chips will be evenly divided into four colors, and sets of 1000 chips will be evenly divided into five colors. For larger orders, you will be contacted to establish your color and breakdown preference.

Q: Can I put monetary values on my chips?
A: Of course! Although most Saycoin customers choose not to put denominations on their chips to allow them to be more easily used in many gaming situations, what goes on your chips is completely up to you! After checkout, a Saycoin representative will contact you to get specific information on the values you would like and the chip colors you want to correspond to each value.
